Now that the smoking ban has gone into effect restaurants and bars will have to make the decision on whether to make the necessary adjustments to their establishment. Will they spend the money? Will smoking customers go somewhere else? Will non-smokers now frequent a traditional smoking bar?

As an avid snowboarder I have made may trips to Utah for their amazing snow.  During my visits I have learned about many interesting, odd and some just stupid laws with their private club law.  This can make for a vacationers nightmare if you want to go have a few drinks but don’t have a local with you that is a member of that private club.  It’s about time they did something about this.
