I focus on one thing and do it well — WordPress development. If your project falls out of my scope of work I can call on some great designers and developers that work together with me and can take your vision, goals, and existing brand to create a perfect design.

Why do I use WordPress?

WordPress is a free and open source dynamic content management system (CMS) and a blogging tool. It is used by over 60 million people and has an incredible community of volunteers.

Another reason I love WordPress is the Genesis Framework. The Genesis Framework for WordPress is much more than a mere WordPress theme. It’s used on over 300,000 websites and is an underlying framework of immaculate code that has been built to achieve three important objectives.

  1. Easily spoon-feed Google your content
  2. Erase the headache of security concerns and updates
  3. A huge selection of turn-key design options

So, where do I come in to the equation you ask?

Well first let’s recap what we know. Let’s think of WordPress as the engine of a car and the Genesis Framework are the parts. We still need a paint job right? Enter Creative Visual Design. I will use WordPress and the Genesis Framework to design a custom theme or customize a pre-built theme to fit your needs. A standard web development project is $2,000, and most projects with custom functionality are in the $2,000-$5,000 range depending on complexity. Please review my FAQ for some additional information.

Want your site to look good on all devices?

Ask about making your theme mobile responsive. This typically adds $500-$1000, but is well worth the investment.

We will have a brief conversation so I can learn more about you. I will then offer suggestions based on what I learn. If your want a simple website and are on a tight budget we will begin to look at some pre-built themes that I will customize to fit the look and feel you want to achieve. If you require a more complex site that has specific functionality and design elements a custom theme will be discussed.
